Business Conference

Zero Waste provides multiple seminars on sustainability, personal engagement, waste management, circular economy, and more.

A perfect example is our lecture called #IamZeroWasteHeros. During this lecture, participants are introduced to the concept of Zero Waste living. This lifestyle is then put into practice through brainstorming sessions in groups. We will also dive into how to reduce waste at school, and address the idea that reducing waste and overconsumption can help you to become healthier and happier in your everyday life.

Compost bin workshop

Up to 40% of landfill waste can be reduced through composting, however food scraps can be utilized into a more efficient and environmentally-friendly use. Compost is highly regarded by farmers and gardeners to provide natural fertilizer for plants. Besides that, composting has a tremendous impact on the environment on multiple facets.

Participants will make their own compost bin starter kit and get familiar with waste separation and the cycle of life as their food turns back into soil. They will learn the WHY and the HOW of composting.

Zero Waste Audits

A waste audit is a process that can be used to determine the amount and types of waste that are generated inside an organization. A Zero Waste Audit goes beyond that process, helping the organization to identify where materials come from by individual items.

Zero Waste Certification Acquirement Support

TRUE certified spaces are environmentally responsible, more resource-efficient, and help turn waste into savings and additional income streams. By closing the loop, they cut greenhouse gases, manage risk, reduce litter and pollution, reinvest resources locally, create jobs, and add more value for their company and community. Administered by Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), the TRUE Zero Waste certification system is a complement to LEED and other green rating systems.

Zero Waste SH is able to offer its expertise on a series of sustainability topics to help your corporation move towards greener alternatives.

Waste is a sign of inefficiency.

Therefore, we apply principles of the Circular Economy making corporations more resilient and profitable to face potential legal and environmental changes in the near future.
